He is home!
I am currently sitting in Dan and Mari's living room looking at Dan sitting on the coach!!!! Dan was released from the hospital and came home today at 3:30 PM and he had dialysis for hopefully the last time. Every day his kidneys and blood levels have been improving. They will test his kidneys Saturday to determine if he will need to continue on dialysis on a short term basis. Our prayer is that his lab values will completely normalize and he will need no further treatment. His biggest obstacle at the present moment is relearning how to walk and not being able to eat sweets! His loss of 47 pounds has been inspirational to many and he is already receiving calls from several modeling agencies to book for photo shoots (jk-Dan is telling me what to say as I write) Dan and Mari would like to thank you for all of your prayers and support! God is so good and this whole journey has been a testament of the mighty God that He is. A God who hears our prayers and does what is impossible with man! Many blessings to you!

Praise Jesus! I'm so thankful that you are back home, with Mari and the boys. I will continue to pray for your complete healing.
May we all glorify the Lord for his answered prayers.
If I can help in anyway, just let me know.
Love,
Laurie (cousin)
This morning I was driving the kids to school and each one of them prayed that Uncle Dan would "get out of that hospital today!" I realized that we read this update last night and hadn't been able to tell them yet. After they finished praying, I said "hey guys...guess what...God hears your prayers. Uncle Dan was sent home last night!" They got sooo excited and were shouting "No Way. Are you serious? That is awesome!" We couldn't be happier and can't wait to give Uncle Dan big hugs.
Justin that is so cool man! You have some little prayer warriors there. Can't wait to see you all for Christmas!!!!
Yahoo!!! God is good!!! That is wonderful news. We will continue to pray for a complete recovery! Love to you from Larry and Betsy
Dan, We are soooo happy to hear that you are home and feeling better. We were very worried and praying for you and your family. You are such a wonderful person and we are so sorry that you are having to go through all of this. I will send you a picture of our baby boy, Bradley, who is loved sooo much by big brother Carl.
Love and Prayers, Susan, Todd, Carl and Bradley Lemmons
P.S. Carl and Bradley want to tell you how much they love the playroom that you built for them!!!
